Like its twins, houses 2 and 4, it has a private sauna. Its position right on the Trysfjord makes it an ideal base for a fishing or family holiday.

Røsstad on the Trysfjord in Søgne, between Kristiansand and Mandal – only about 30 minutes from the ferry port. A quiet spot right on the water, with a private jetty and boats for fishing.
